Philadelphia Barre, Yoga, & Pilates Studios

At Lumos, we’ve created an inclusive and welcoming community that encourages every student to focus on well-being and support one another.

Whether you're spending hour at the Barre to strengthen core muscles, deepening your yoga practice in a vinyasa Flow class, firing up your muscles on a Pilates Reformer, dancing it out in the cardio portion of a Yoga Sculpt class, or working up a sweat in a HIIT class - you'll leave feeling empowered, luminous, and supported in your fitness goals.

Our Green Street and Parrish Street studios are open 7 days a week for Barre, Yoga, HIIT, and Yoga Sculpt classes. We recently opened our third studio on Corinthian Aveneue, and exclusively offer group Reformer, Mat, and Springboard classes at this location. Check out our schedules below for each location! Green

Our original location, at 2001 Green Street, offers Barre, Yoga, Fusion classes, and Yoga Sculpt. We also have a curated retail sections, including mats, apparel, and home scents.

Parrish

Our second location, at 2329 Parrish Street, offers Barre, Yoga, and Yoga Sculpt. We also offer private and semi-private yoga and personal training sessions.

Corinthian

Our third studio, at 835-837 Corinthian Avenue, is now open!. This studio exclusively offers Mat Pilates, Springboard, and group Reformer classes.


NEW TO YOGA, BARRE, OR PILATES?

Our instructors have a passion for teaching, keeping things interesting, and making sure classes are accessible for all levels - beginners are welcome!

 

Barre

While barre has its origins in ballet, no dance experience is needed - you'll perform low impact/high repetition movements, alternating between standing at the barre and mat-based exercises.

Yoga

Our vinyasa yoga classes will have you exploring awareness and mindfulness, building strength, and exploring the potential of moving with your breath. All yoga classes are unheated.

Pilates

Pilates is a great modality for any level of fitness experience - it focuses on building core strength and stability, learning proper alignment, and improving flexibility.
