Candace O'Neil Cihocki has been a fitness professional for over a decade and teaching various movement arts since 2001.  She holds a BFA and MFA in theatrical arts and is a trained dancer, actor, who has been directing and choregraphing for the stage since 1999. She currently teaches Barre since 2011, Scuplt classes 2015 , Mat Power Pilates 2008,Vinyasa Yoga (Dhyana Yoga 250hr Yoga 2013) and partner acrobatics (AcroRevolution partner acrobatics training 2014 and Seattle Acrobatics training 2016.) She co-founded in 2014 which is the host of the annual Philly Phlight Festival . She earned her holistic health coach certification in 2013. When not teaching, she can be found directing for the stage in NYC and Philadelphia, or at a local class brushing up on her own practice.

Her practice and teaching style is playful, challenging, and always set to fun music, so you will never be bored while working out.  Her classes are detailed based, often contain dance inspired flows, strength based moves, along with modifications for injury or options to kick it up a notch. She believes in making intelligent choices for your individual unique body and she will motivate and inspire you to do so while having fun and breaking a sweat.
