Erin McKeon is thrilled to be teaching at Lumos Yoga. She began practicing yoga in 2002. Her first certification was completed with the Ashtanga Yoga Center with director Tim Miller in Tulum, Mexico in 2008. After graduating from the University of Vermont, she continued her studies in vinyasa yoga and completed her 200 RYT with Alison Donley of the Light Within in West Grove, PA.
Erin’s teaching style is aimed at meeting participants where they are at by developing yoga classes that focus on alignment, provide modifications, and weave in restorative postures. Erin sincerely wishes that all of her students experience the healing benefits that yoga can offer our bodies, minds, and souls.
Erin lives in the Wissahickon neighborhood of Philadelphia and enjoys riding bikes and seeing live music when not on the mat.
