On Sunday nights from 5:15-6:15 PM, our Community Flow class is "Pay What You Can". On September 22nd, we are allocating all funds raised to Transformation Yoga Project's "30 for 30" fundraising campaign in honor of National Recovery' Month's 30th Anniversary.
Join us for special Halloween editions of Mat Pilates, Lumos Barre and Sculpt Jawn - Things That Go Boo’lates with Candace at 5:45 PM, Tuck O'Treat Yo'Self - with Larkin and Spooky Jawn with Juli from 7-8 PM on Halloween!
Join Lumos Co-Founder Larkin Silverman and the Indie Shelf Owner Sabeen Zia at The Indie Shelf for a night of self-care and self love featuring beauty treatments, gentle movement, nourishing refreshments, and an exclusive private shopping experience that will leave you feeling grounded and radiant.
Come out on Thursday June 27 from 6-7pm for yoga at Matthias Baldwin Park in Callowhill. Class is free to attend and participants who donate $10 and above to Roots2Rise will receive a free beer ticket to redeem at Parks on Tap that same day.
