Jenna Stern wasn't always as passionate about fitness as she is today. It wasn't until she was a freshman at Temple University that she started integrating exercise more regularly into her routine. As she became more comfortable in the gym she decided to give group fitness a try. Through the group fitness program she started taking spinning classes which she absolutely fell in love with! The music, energy from the instructor and other riders, and the SWEAT had her hooked! By the time she was a senior she knew it was her time to get certified, which led her to pursue her new found career in the fitness industry.
Not only does Jenna hold her Mad Dogg Spinning Certification but she is also an AFPA Certified Nutritional + Wellness Guide and a soon to be ACE certified personal trainer. She's been teaching both indoor cycling classes and strength based classes all around Philadelphia for the last 4 years and doesn't plan on stopping any time soon! Besides Lumos, you can find Jenna on the bike at several of the City Fitness locations as well as training on her own!
