Yoga has inspired and empowered Juli Fussell to do things she never thought possible in her life, and this is just one of the reasons why she's so passionate about sharing the practice with others. Yoga has been, and continues to be an avenue for Juli for self-discovery and self-compassion, without judgment. Her hope is that each and every student will connect with their best teacher (the voice within) during practice and find what they need within themselves to be all they want to be in life.
Juli is an RYT 500 and E-RYT 200 hour certified Kripalu yoga and meditation teacher. Every day Juli continues to be amazed by the healing power of yoga physically, mentally and spiritually. In class Juli will encourage you to just do you, and to honor how you feel in body, mind and spirit that day.
