Kate is a Philadelphia-based yoga teacher and full time nanny. Graceful yet powerful sequences are what you can expect in Kate’s classes. She strives to create a warm, creative environment and encourages her students to add their own finesse. Combining pranayama (breath work) and asananas (physical postures) allows new students and seasoned students alike the change to release from the self and become present in the moment.
Kate completed her 200hr YTT in Rishikesh, India, at the World Peace Yoga School.
