Ken Gregory was introduced to power vinyasa yoga shortly after his first Broad Street Run in 2007. In 2008 he dove deeply into yoga with Baptiste Level 1 (Phoenicia, NY) and The Art of Assisting (Cambridge, MA).
Ken completed two 200 hour programs, first with Power Yoga Works/Bill Raup in 2011 and then with Hotbox/Brad Young/Phillip Urso in 2018. He's drawn to the heat and moving meditation of the Baptiste practice.
Ken continues to run and cycle in his spare time. He attended Drexel University and works as an IT project engineer.
