Larkin is a self-proclaimed Vinyasa Vixen who teaches accessible and challenging classes that are rooted in the power yoga tradition. Larkin began seriously practicing yoga as a means of coping with the stress of grad school and quickly came to realize that it was essential to her survival on and off the mat. It is Larkin's hope that her students are able to cultivate all that she herself is able to uncover in her own practice - their courage, strength, resiliency, and sense of play - by getting out of their heads and into their bodies.
Larkin is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT-200 Certified Vinyasa Instructor, having completed her 200-hour RYT through Hotbox Yoga (2013), holds her Certification in Trauma-Informed Yoga through Street Yoga (2016), for which she is a Community Ambassador, and additionally is a certified CTA through Wild Abundant Life. Larkin is a certified Barre Instructor through Double Love Philly. Larkin is a Certified MELT Method Level 1 “Hands Off Bodywork” Instructor, and is currently pursuing her Level 2 and beyond. Larkin holds a Bachelors of Arts in Human Rights & Cultural Anthropology from Bard College, where she minored in Dance, and her Masters in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania School of Policy & Practice.
Larkin is a Superfit Hero Body Positive Fitness Instructor.
When not at the studio, Larkin is traversing Philly by bike (her moving mediation) or re-reading the Harry Potter series.
