Lauren fell in love with fitness while attending college. She began taking classes at various studios and gyms in her home town, in southern California, and continued to do so when she got to Philadelphia.
Lauren feels like a fitness routine that is mentally and physically demanding combined with an environment that is supportive and fun creates the perfect workout. In her classes, Lauren enjoys focusing on form and individual progress. All levels of student can find their groove in her classes.
Lauren earned her certification in Barre at Y2B Fit in 2017. She is also a NASM certified personal trainer. Lauren also has a Bachelor's in Environmental Studies with a focus on Geographic Information Systems and Community Building from Temple University.
Lauren is a Superfit Hero Body Positive Fitness Instructor.
When Lauren isn't in the studio, she is probably hanging out with her partner at an art show or trying to pet cats and dogs throughout the city.
