Intro month activates on date of first class, and does not auto-renew or auto-enroll in any membership or package option. The Intro Unlimited cannot be used for Reformer classes.

We offer discounts on 5 and 10 Class Packages for Students, Teachers, Healthcare professionals, and Seniors (discount does not apply to single drop ins, or reformer drops ins or packages). Please email info@lumosfitness.com or inquire at our front desk about discounted pricing. Valid ID required.

  • Monthly Memberships

    Applies to all classes except Reformer

    A membership is a monthly bill that will renew and recharge each month. If you come two or more times a week, consider a Lumos membership!

    We offer three Membership options:

    8 classes/month Membership - $129 (this comes out to $16 per class)

    12 classes/month Membership - $169 (this comes out to $14 per class)

    Unlimited Membership - $199 (if you come four times a week, this comes out to $12.50 per class)

  • Hybrid Memberships - Includes Reformer Classes

    Hybrid Memberships give access to our regular classes at all three locations, plus include a pre-set number of Reformer classes bundled in.

    Hybrid 8 classes/month Membership - $269 - includes 8 regular classes and 4 reformer classes (this comes out to $35 per reformer class)

    Hybrid 12 classes/month Membership - $299 - includes 12 regular classes and 4 reformer classes (this comes out to $32.50 per reformer class)

    Hybrid Unlimited Membership - $349 - includes Unlimited regular classes and 6 reformer classes (this comes out to $25 per reformer class)

All memberships receive a 15% discount on retail items, 10% discount on workshops, a $10 discount on Reformer drop ins, and one guest pass per month. Members also get priority booking on all classes - the booking window for members is 5 weeks from the date of a class.

Memberships require a valid card on file and will auto-bill on the same date each month. With each bill date, a new set of classes are added to your account. Membership activates on the purchase date, and can be set to start on a future date when purchasing for the first time.

Unused membership classes, and unused hybrid memberships reformer classes roll over 20 days into the next billing period. They carry over in your Momence account as “credits”. Any unused rollover credits expire after 20 days.

Student, Teacher, Healthcare Professional, and Senior Discounts do not apply to memberships.

$8 Community Classes

Fitness should be accessible to anyone who would like to participate. Four times a week, we offer $8 Community Classes, which allows people to be able to participate in fitness classes at a lower cost than a regular drop-in or class package.
