After taking her first Barre class in 2014, Stephanie became hooked! She loved the idea of being instructed through a full body workout with other class participants. It kept the class energized and motivated through the duration of the class. Once becoming more advanced in her practice, she received her Barre Certification in January 2017 and has been teaching classes ever since!
Stephanie hopes to pass this love of Barre onto her clients with a combination of fun, upbeat music that goes hand-in-hand with cardio and strength training to help others become the best version of themselves and having a fun workout along the way.
When you can't find Stephanie in the studio teaching or taking a class, she enjoys spending time eating out at local, Philly-based restaurants as a self proclaimed "foodie" or creating content for her joint Instagram venture, Barre by Booths, with her sister Mallory.
