Tegan found that yoga helped her steady her breath so she could connect more to herself and others and after 10 years of personal practice fulfilled a life goal of becoming a teacher. When not teaching yoga, Tegan works in variety of positions to support community food systems, including as a farmer, for the federal government, school garden safety specialist and even owned her own bean to bar chocolate company. Her favorite position so far is mama to a three year old who shares her passion for food and movement.
A RYT since 2013 (WUY 250 Foundational TT), Tegan has graduated from Pranakriya School of Yoga Prenatal, Leslie Howards Pelvic Floor Yoga TherapyTM, and Magu Yoga's (Alex Auder) 75 hour Eye of The Teacher Training in 2017. Tegan has trained as a birth and postpartum doula and especially loves to teach expectant parents to be a little more at home in their bodies.
