Would you like a fresh approach and enhanced experience with balance poses such as Eagle, Dancer, Warrior III, Tree, Half Moon, Crow, and so much more? Perhaps you would like to learn more about how to safely explore and dive deeper in to the dimensions of balance poses with a well-aligned body?
You’ll gain peace of mind by embracing all the wobbles, falls, shakes and the fear associated with balancing. You’ll build upon your current practice and leave with new and refreshed tools to help you find freedom of expression with balance on the mat AND with balance in life off the mat.
