Through use of breath awareness, body scanning, healing music, and imagery, you will be compassionately guided to turn on the body’s relaxation response. This response is the natural healing state and is part of reducing stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, high blood pressure, and many other conditions. Be supported, held, and nourished as you discover profound peace and vibrant health.
There are no requirements except to lie down and listen. No experience needed. Bring your own mat or rent one of ours. We provide bolsters and blankets for your comfort.
