Pop Up Prenatal Yoga

Attendees can use a class from a class package or purchase a single class for $17
Our regularly schedule Prenatal Classes are off for the summer, but we are holding two pop-up Prenatal Yoga classes, one on July 27th with Tegan and one on August 17th with Jenna.
Yoga during pregnancy can help you relieve discomfort, reduce stress, and prepare for labor and parenthood. All trimesters are welcome to join us for this prenatal yoga pop up class! No yoga experience required. We will complete an entire prenatal practice, and go over common prenatal modifications that you can use in any mixed level class.
Come with any questions you might have for an experienced doula, childbirth educator, and yoga instructor!
