Leslee Frye

Leslee believes that true healing comes from meaningful mind-body connections. Yoga has been a source of health, clarity, and emotional expression for Leslee since she took her first class in college. As a school psychologist at a private school, she believes in the value of wellness and mindfulness education in the classroom, and the same is true for her practice and teaching of yoga. She characterizes her classes as “loving, gentle, and restorative,” and she incorporates the mind body connection into her personal practice. Yoga and meditation for inner peace, self love and well-being are Leslee’s pursuits in life, both professionally and personally. When she's not teaching in a studio, you can find her teaching yoga classes with her students and colleagues at her job, and with her friends and family!

Leslee received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through the Yoga Education Institute in Sherman Oaks, California. Most recently Leslee earned her 20 hour Meditation Teacher Training, which was focused on science, philosophy, application and positive psychology, and a Restorative Yoga Teacher Training. Leslee furthered her Restorative learning with a training led by Erick Dupree from Three Queens Yoga in 2022.
