Ariana Cummins

Ariana has been practicing yoga for almost a decade and has been teaching for the past five years in Philadelphia. She received her 200-hour yoga teacher training certification in 2017 and continued her education through various workshops and trainings. She completed her Yoga Sculpt training at Lumos in 2019. She is passionate about bringing the benefits of yoga to people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.

Her classes are challenging, yet inclusive and accessible, and she strives to create a safe and welcoming space for all students.In her power yoga and yoga sculpt classes, she combines traditional yoga poses with high intensity interval training to create a dynamic and energizing practice.
