Abby Cox
Abby has been practicing yoga for 15 years. She completed her 200-hour Vinyasa training at Three Queens Yoga in Philadelphia in 2022, and she has additional training in restorative yoga as well. Through teaching, she seeks to create a welcoming and accessible space for anyone and everyone to move and breathe more freely. She teaches with a focus on alignment and freedom to explore. Outside of yoga, she enjoys taking art classes, hanging in Clark Park, reading, and resting (sleeping) with her cat.
