Andi Amaya
If there's Reggaeton on the playlist, chances are Andi is teaching—but don't let the music fool you. For Andi, Pilates is more than a workout. It's an opportunity to tune out the noise, step away from the demands of everyday life, and spend an hour reconnecting with yourself. After discovering Pilates in 2017, she quickly fell in love with the way mindful movement could build strength, ease pain, and create a deeper connection between mind and body. Andi completed her comprehensive Pilates certification in 2026 through Basi Pilates.
Today, her teaching style helps clients slow down, move with intention, and be fully present in the moment. Whether you're new to Pilates or have been practicing for years, Andi creates a welcoming space where you can leave the outside world at the door and focus on the one person who often gets overlooked—you.
Her goal is simple: for every client to leave class feeling stronger, more centered, and more connected than when they arrived.
