Brian Holst
Brian first discovered yoga during high school cross country in 2012, where the team practiced every Wednesday, sparking a connection that would continue to grow. He graduated from Monarch Yoga School with his 200-hour RYT in May 2025 and has since committed to ongoing workshops and continued learning to bring depth and insight to his students. He has been practicing yoga in various forms for over 10 years and began practicing Ashtanga yoga in 2024, nurturing awareness of alignment, safe adjustments, and the disciplined, transformative aspects of yoga. Outside of yoga, Brian enjoys hiking, traveling, going to the movies, and trying out restaurants throughout Philly.
