Emma Scott

Emma is an alignment-based yoga instructor who focuses on cultivating a fun, informative space for students to build confidence and self-awareness through intentional movement. She creates accessible classes to meet new or returning students where they are. She has training on pose variations and props to encourage students to play to their edge, no matter their level of knowledge. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Three Queens Yoga in 2023, learning about the intersection of yoga and collective healing. All of her classes are centered around the breath and its ability to deepen our connection to ourselves and to one another.
