Indigo Carroll
As a dance instructor, Indigo was first drawn to Pilates to help her students reduce the risk of injury, build intrinsic muscle, and increase mobility. In 2025, she completed the 450-hour Drexel Pilates Teacher Training Program under the direction of Jennifer Morley. Indigo finds a genuine sense of fulfillment from watching her students strengthen their mind-body connection.
