Isabella Torres
Isabella is a professional dancer who discovered Pilates at an early age as a tool for cross-training and injury prevention. At age 13, she took her first Pilates private and quickly fell in love with the method. In 2022, she completed The Lab’s 500-hour teacher training certification and has been teaching ever since.
Isabella’s teaching style blends classical Pilates foundations and principles with contemporary movement, creating a challenging yet accessible experience for all levels. Her goal is to cultivate a safe, empowering space that motivates clients to move with intention, strength, and confidence—while honoring their body’s individual needs.
