Kim is a Peak Pilates certified instructor (Level 1) with a strong passion for movement and Pilates. She brings a positive, supportive energy to her classes and loves helping clients feel strong and confident through movement. Outside the studio, she works as an instructional coach and values the power of community in both teaching and fitness.
