Mae Doemling

Mae has always had a passion for fitness, growing up a competitive gymnast and then coaching gymnastics for 5 years. During college, she started practicing yoga consistently and loved the way it created a sense of calmness and joy in her life. She began teaching yoga at Temple University to students and staff, and in her senior year decided to get her 200 hour YTT to expand her practice. She is on a journey to complete her 300 hour YTT with a focus on Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy
