Mariah Menanno
Mariah (she/her) grew up as a competitive Irish dancer but always found yoga to be a grounding, relaxing practice to return to herself. In 2022, she decided to take the leap and complete her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Yoga Habit. Since then, she has also obtained a certification in restorative yoga. Mariah believes in yoga as a tool for both individual empowerment and collective liberation. She brings sensory focused grounding techniques into her classes to encourage students to call themselves back to the present moment.
Beyond her yoga work, Mariah is a reproductive health researcher and is currently training to become a sex educator! Besides these things, Mariah is an avid crafter and loves spending time in nature.
