Megan Thomas

With a fitness journey that began in college in 2015, Megan quickly discovered her love for low-impact workouts. Barre became her favorite because it blends movement, rhythm, and strength in a way that feels both challenging and fun. She loves moving to the beat of the music, getting lost in the flow, and sometimes even forgetting she’s working out. When barre teacher training was offered at Lumos this fall, she jumped at the opportunity to get involved! Megan completed the Barre Training at Lumos in 2025. In her own classes, Megan brings an upbeat energy fueled by pop and EDM remixes that will make you want to sing, dance, and smile through the shakes. She’s passionate about creating a true community space where people can come to hang out, move together, and get an empowering workout in. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Megan is excited to welcome you into a class that feels motivating and full of good vibes.
