Michelle Johnson
Michelle discovered her first yoga class while at Temple University as an elective, leaving her first class she felt as if there was sonic shield wrapped around her and all the negativity and worry just bounced off! She practiced off and on for the next 10 years, always knowing that returning to the mat would bring her peace.
Michelle decided to do something about her love for the flow and more importantly for herself, and in May 2023 she completed her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Habit. She has been teaching ever since and loves to curate playlists to bring all the energy and vibes to her classes!
