Odessa Kellman is a Pilates instructor (Level I Peak Pilates through Movement Designed to Feel Good) and personal trainer with over a decade of experience in movement and wellness. As the Founder and Owner of Sweat Off Fitness & Recovery and OK Training, she blends classical and contemporary Pilates with strength training to create intentional, results-driven experiences. Her work extends beyond the studio through community wellness events across Philadelphia, bringing together movement, recovery, and connection. Odessa’s approach focuses on mindful movement, breath, and helping clients feel strong, aligned, and energized.
