Paulina Petryk
Paulina is a third-generation teacher and student of Pilates, proudly continuing the living lineage of the method. A lifelong lover of movement, she was drawn to Pilates for its authenticity, precision, and rich tradition. What began as a personal passion for taking classes evolved into a deeper commitment to the discipline, ultimately leading her to pursue comprehensive Pilates teacher training through the Drexel Pilates Program under the direction of Jennifer Morley.
As a classically trained instructor, Paulina’s teaching style emphasizes functional movement, flow, precision, and concentration. She incorporates somatic instruction into her teaching, encouraging clients to focus on how movement feels within the body rather than how it looks externally. Her approach centers on cultivating a deeper mind-body connection while creating an environment that feels supportive, empowering, and approachable. Paulina is passionate about helping clients improve strength, posture, confidence, and body awareness through intentional, mindful movement that supports both physical and mental well-being.
