Pixie Elia
Lydia “Pixie” Elia discovered movement to be medicine following a long battle with auto immune disease. In the wake of an extended hospital stay, she discovered the power of pairing strength training and meditative/yogic movement. Her own progression in health and healing very naturally lead to instruction. She is passionate about sharing with others the benefits of fostering a trusting and collaborative relationship between mind and body.
Pixie began teaching Solidcore classes in early 2025, after spending several years devoted to the format as part of her own healing journey. Later in the year, she received her 200hr yoga certification from Studio 34. She has most recently completed training to teach sculpt through Yoga Habit, after falling in love with the formats combination of different styles and space for creativity.
Outside of fitness, Pixie identifies above all else as a creative. In her free time, she can be found, writing, painting, pole dancing, decorating and dressing eclectically. She is an avid mediator and lover of anything outdoors.
