Renee Kontos
Renee grew up dancing and later picked up running in grad school. After a minor hip injury, her PT suggested barre and Pilates for strength training, which reconnected her to dance. Taking classes at Lumos deepened that connection and inspired her to complete Lumos’ Barre Teacher Training in 2025. Barre has helped her build strength, balance, and joy through purposeful movement, and she’s excited to help others experience the same.
