Stretch & Restore

Stretch and Restore in this gentle, supported practice designed to help release tension in the body through the use of props (blocks, bolsters, bands) and the support of barres. Like our traditional Restore class, this class pairs slower movements with longer holds to help you move passively and safely through postures.

Take a break from your busy week of sitting at a desk and looking at a screen, and Stretch & Restore your body and soul!

What should I wear and bring?

Wear clothes you are comfortable in and that you can move in! No shoes - barefoot or socks.

Bring a Yoga Mat, or use one of our Pilates mats.

Props are provided.
