Yoga Sculpt Classes

Yoga Sculpt is a dynamic practice that combines strength training with traditional yoga sequences.

We couldn't resist giving ours a Philly spin with the name "Sculpt Jawn!" Sculpt Jawn ups the ante from both yoga and barre classes, amplifying familiar movements with the addition of hand weights - some instructors mix in cardio calisthenics, and the occasional dance party, and all will cool things back down with a yoga stretch.

Weights are always optional, and options to amp it up or dial it down will always be provided. Our Sculpt 45 class is the same fun, challenging, all-levels class - condensed into 45 minute express class.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear clothes you are comfortable in and that you can move in! No shoes - barefoot or socks.

Complimentary mats are available for use, but we strongly suggest bringing your own mat. Props are provided
