Courtney Doyle

Courtney is a trained E-RYT, RCYT, Pilates mat, springboard, and reformer teacher, reiki practitioner, holistic life coach, as well as a yoga therapist training with the IAYT. 

Way back when, she originally began learning yoga as a kid in her grandparents basement from her aunt. Once she moved to Philadelphia in 2016, she began practicing more seriously. Originally a corporate office employee, after the 2020 pandemic, Courtney decided she'd turn her life's work to the wellness field. Because yoga and mindfulness transformed her life, she began there. Within 2021, Courtney completed her 200HR YTT, 95HR children's YTT, a 40HR Trauma-Informed YTT, and a 24HR Y12SR leader training. From there, she eagerly jumped into teaching full time.

To kick off 2022, Courtney began her 800HR IAYT training, which she will complete in the summer of 2024. The first year of the program consisted of a 300HR advanced YTT. That same year, she also trained to become a Pilates Springboard teacher. In 2023, she decided to take her Pilates to the next level by completeing both mat and reformer teacher trainings. Through the practice of Pilates, Courtney found a continued deeping of awareness and connection to her body.
