We have a strict 5 minute grace period - the door will be locked promptly 5 minutes after classes start.

We know that parking can be difficult in this area, and if you find you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, please email us at info@lumosfitness.com and we will return the pass back to your account for future use.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes after a class has started you will not be able to enter, no exceptions.

Our class cancellation policy can be found below!

Advance registration is recommended for in-studio and outdoor classes. Cancellations more than 8 hours ahead of an in-studio or outdoor class starting are an early cancel and the class credit will be returned back to your account for future use. Cancellations within 8 hours of the class starting are a late cancel and the class credit is forfeited.

Starting January 1, 2023, no-shows will be subject to an automatic $5 penalty fee.

Please make sure you check in with a member of our team at the desk, or sign in via the Ipad. Fees will be charged automatically - if you were in attendance, it is your responsibility to reach out to us via info@lumosfitness.com to update your attendance.
