Jessica Reinhardt

A former college athlete, years of competitive soccer and swimming left Jessica injured and searching for new fitness routines. In 2014, she fell in love with the combination of accessibility and challenge found in Barre. Fast forward to the global pandemic and Jessica took this love to the next level completing her Barre Teacher Training at Lumos. Her classes are rooted in motivational techniques and combine joyful movement, bold exercises, and energetic choreography.

The mind-body connection leads Jessica in her work as a psychologist, professor, and fitness instructor. When she is not teaching or taking classes at Lumos, she is usually teaching psychology at Temple University, exploring PA with her dog Lola, or swimming and playing soccer.
