Jule Lane

Growing up as a dancer and gymnast, Jule has always been drawn to the connection of movement, breath, and rhythm. She fell in love with meditation for the quietness of the mind it brought amid her busy mind, yoga for the prioritization of self-discovery, and Pilates for the way it made her feel empowered to her core- physically and emotionally.

Jule loves being a movement and mindfulness educator because she gets to connect with people every day who are dedicated to strengthening their relationship with themselves.

In the studio, she aims to create an environment of exploration and curiosity through movement and breath. Jule is an advocate of intentional movement as a tool to build confidence and self-awareness. Her goal is to teach students how to ‘personalize’ their yoga, Pilates, and meditation practice to befriend themselves rather than work against themselves.

Jule is a 500-hr trained Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga teacher with certifications in Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and Rope Wall Yoga. She is Mat Pilates certified, and currently pursuing certifications in Ayurvedic Nutrition & Herbalism.
