Pilates Full Body Reset with Ella
Join Ella for a challenging Pilates flow designed to get you out of your head and into your body. This mat-based class includes an intentional breathwork series and dynamic stretch, plus (last but not least!) a final rest to let the practice really settle in. We will set energetic intentions for the rest of your weekend to leave you feeling grounded and just a little sweaty.

About Ella: Ella loves to fuse her knowledge of traditional dance technique, breath inspired movement and yoga to create an invigorating and smooth flow to each style of class she offers. Ella received her BFA in Dance from The University of the Arts in 2015; her love of moving and years in dance class inspired her to pursue her Barre teacher training certification with Kelly Love. On the contrary, she discovered yoga’s physical and mental healing capacity after sustaining an injury while dancing years ago; since her initial introduction to the practice her passion for yoga has flourished. Ella graduated from Beyond Asana RYS, completing 200 hours of Vinyasa study, as well as the 48- Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Intensive with Brittany Policastro, a Postpartum Teacher Training Certification with Lara Kohn Thompson, and a Restorative Yoga Training with Erick Dupree. Ella has further completed the 450 Hour Pilates Program at Drexel University.
