Do you stretch before your workouts?  Do you stretch after your workouts? Are you doing the RIGHT stretches for YOUR body type before and after your workouts? If the answer to any of these questions is “NO” or “I don’t know”, or “I do, but I don’t do them well”, then you should come to our workshop where RaGina will teach you about the human body and proper stretching techniques before and after your workouts to take your fitness to the next level!  

Stretching is not cookie cutter or one size fits all.  Your stretch program should reflect the needs of YOUR body and the workout goals ahead.  RaGina is also offering a 45 minute Stretch Class which will include 20 minutes of dynamic stretching and 25 minutes of static stretching geared towards enhancing performance. Whether you’re trying to become more flexible, have better mobility or feel stronger, this workshop will put you on the path to achieving your goals!
